Very nice place to stay, very nice staff. I would defintely recommend. Tip for the staff, open the bar at the pool and some more variation in breakfast.
We stayed here for a few days. Service was excellent, rooms ( apartments ) were very clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Totally worth the value. I’ld 100% return back when I come to Tulum. Thank you so much for the exclusive experience !!
We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom appt with a refreshing little pool on our own private patio! The staff were super friendly and helpful! The appt was well equipped, comfortable, safe and clean. The simple daily breakfast was a refreshing, easy way to start to our day. Close enough to walk to town or get to the beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Zereno!
One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. We booked the two story apartment and it was really great. Everything was super clean, including the bathrooms. Staff was also nice and supportive. We would’ve appreciated more options for breakfast. But that would be nitpicking.
Our gorgeous two bedroom suite with full living room and kitchen including two bathrooms was very spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was meager but tasty. The swimming pool is small but quite adequate for half a dozen people. The location is a bit of a walk to the local gringo restaurant and shopping section. It's a fairly long walk to town for other shops and restaurants but plenty of cabs and transportation are available
Whe had the two level apartament and I must say, it felt like home away from home. Beautiful decor, big terraces and comfortable. The pool area is also very nice, we enjoyed it every day. The hotel is somewhat secluded, we walked almos every day ~20-25 minutes to the city centre to grab lunch etc. The breakfast was included in our room, otherwise it would cost 15 USD, when I understood correctly. It says that it is a continental breakfast, however for that price I would highly not recommend.. unfortunately it must be said as a critique as well, that 1. the portions and options are very limited and 2. it was the very same breakfast for 5 days. Other than this aspect, I would stay in this hotel again :)
Our 1 week stay at Zereno Boutique Hotel was so nice & serene… ours was a 1 BR/2 bth two level condo, fully equipped kitchen with an amazing jungle/ all natural minimalist theme interiors! It made for some very relaxing nights! The pool which was open till 10pm was fun! But what I loved most about Zereno was the staff, Jorge & Daniel & the cleaning ladies were very efficient & friendly! Also, we loved their spa like bathroom with fresh wonderful scented toiletries! We also had a continental breakfast daily, very healthy with lots of fruits! If we ever get a chance to visit Tulum again, we will definitely stay here at Zereno! Only thing is you will need a car or scooter to get to the beach…
We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! We stayed in Room 101, a two-story apartment with its own private splash pool outside. The apartment was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and wonderfully quiet. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beachfront, they have a partnership with Pocna Beach Club, offering special deals and discounts (free entry to the nature reserve / no charge on sunbeds). The beach club is just a few minutes drive or bike ride away and is, in my opinion, located at the best stretch of beach within the Tulum nature reserve.
